    样品要求:以吸光度在0.2-2.0AU 之间来准备样品。
       1. 蛋白质(多肽)溶液:分子量低于10000时,建议1mg/mL;大于10000时,建议0.5mg/mL。溶液里不能含有DMF或DMSO。如使用除纯水以外的溶剂,需随样品提供少量该溶剂。
       2. 核酸和其它有机小分子以及配位化合物:用1mm或10mm光程的比色皿测量时吸收值低于2.0,并且随样品提供UV-Vis图谱。
       3. 固体:可以制成薄膜,或者溶剂挥发后能够粘附在石英玻璃片上,或者制成KCl或KBr压片,或者有足够的量盖住13mm直径的石英片用于漫反射测试。

  • Informations:

    Sample requirements: prepare samples with an absorbance between 0.2 and 2.0AU.

    1. Protein (polypeptide) solution: 1mg/mL is recommended when the molecular weight is less than 10000; if the molecular weight exceed 10000, 0.5mg/mL is recommended. Sample solution can’t include DMF or DMSO. If use non-water solvent, a small amount of this solvent must be supplied as “Blank”.

    2. Nucleic acids, other small organic molecules and coordination compounds: the absorbance value should be less than 2.0 measured in 1mm or 10mm cuvette, and UV-VIS spectra should be provided with the CD spectra of samples.

    3. Solid: it can be made into a thin film, or it can stick to the quartz glass after solvent evaporation, or it can be pressed into KCl or KBr tablet, or it is enough to covers the 13mm diameter quartz sheet for diffuse reflection test.

    One-on-one   or one-on-two training. The first training session is normal charge. Any   subsequent training for the same instrument will be charged as a rate of 1.5 times.
