    主要功能及特色 "激光闪光光解技术可以研究化学和生物样品的瞬变现象。通常由强脉冲激光光源激发样品,产生短寿命的光激发中间体,如激发态,自由基和离子等等。当这些中间体达到一定浓度以后,会带来瞬态吸收光谱的变化。
    激光闪光光解光谱仪可以使用Nd:YAG激光器或者OPO作为强脉冲激发光源,高能量的氙灯作为探测/背景光源,进行瞬态吸收光谱的测试。
    Transient phenomena of chemical and biological samples can be studied by laser flash photolysis. The sample is usually excited by a strong pulsed laser light source to produce short-life photoexcited intermediates such as excited states, radicals and ions. When these intermediates reach a certain concentration, the transient absorption spectrum will change.
    The laser flash photolysis spectrometer can use Nd:YAG laser or OPO as the intense pulse excitation light source, and high energy xenon lamp as the detection/background light source to test transient absorption spectra. "
