    主要功能及特色 EPR100型x波段脉冲式电子顺磁共振波谱仪是一台高灵敏度、高稳定性,能满足多种实验场景的波谱仪。该仪器集成仪器控制软件、数据处理软件和波谱拟合软件。配备了1.8T双极头赫姆霍兹电磁体,高Q谐振腔、介质谐振腔、双模谐振腔,支持脉冲和连续波epr实验。具有脉冲电子-核双共振系统,搭配任意波形发射器。无液氦干式变温系统满足变温实验,范围在3-300K。包含EPR相对定量和绝对定量功能。适用于物理学、化学、材料科学、生物医学、环境科学等领域的研究。X Band Pulsed Electron Paramagnetic Resonance Spectrometer (EPR 100) is a highly sensitive and highly stable spectrometer that can meet various experimental conditions. EPR 100 software integrated multi-functions, such as instrument-control, data-analysis and spectrum fitting. EPR 100 is equipped with 1.8T bipolar Helmholtz electromagnet with high quality resonator, dielectric resonator and dual-mode resonator, which can be used for pulse- and continuous- wave EPR experiments. Its electron-nuclear double resonance system can be used with arbitrary waveform emitter. The liquid helium-free temperature control system can cover from 3K to 300K. EPR can be used for relative and absolute quantification in research fields, including physics, chemistry, material science, biological medicine, and environmental sciences.
    主要附件及配置 1.对测试的固体样品粒径小于3 mm(包括一些薄膜衬底样品,长度一般≤1.5cm,宽度≤3 mm,因为顺磁样品管直径在4mm)。样品质量依据材料自身性质一般控制在几毫克至0.1克左右。另外,吸波材料不适合做EPR测试。2.对于液体样品,提供约0.5mL溶液;对需要检测自由基的捕获实验,测试样品需现场配制,一般捕获后的产物寿命仅分钟级的。此外,捕获剂本身对光、环境温度也都非常敏感,不易长时间暴露在空气环境中。3.对需要进行惰性气体保护的EPR原位、光照、低温等实验,需要课题组提供自制的样品管附件。1.There is no special requirement for solid powder samples to be tested, as long as the particle size of solid samples is less than 3 mm (including some thin film substrate samples, generally no more than 1.5cm in length and 5mm in width, because the paramagnetic sample tube diameter is 3~5mm). Sample quality is generally controlled from a few milligrams to about 0.1 grams according to the nature of the material itself. In addition, absorbing materials are not suitable for EPR testing. 2. For liquid samples, provide about 0.5mL solution; For free radical capture experiments, test samples need to be prepared in the field, because generally the life of captured products is only minutes level. In addition, the trapping agent itself is very sensitive to light and ambient temperature, and is not easy to be exposed to the air environment for a long time. 3. For EPR in-situ requiring inert gas protection, illumination and low temperature experiments, the research group shall provide self-made sample tube attachments.
