面向化学、材料、环境、食品等领域,以小分子、聚合物为研究对象,依靠色质谱技术进行定性定量分析及化合物纯化制备,开展小分子,尤其是异构体分子的色质谱方法研究。

测试表征:色谱分离定性定量、聚合物分子量范围测定、色谱方法建立与筛选、一级质谱(高/低分辨)、二级质谱(高分辨)、淌度分析、化合物(含异构体)拆分、化合物(含异构体)纯化、元素含量分析测定、单细胞元素分析、蛋白质纯化。服务种类:定性分析,定量分析;化合物纯化

Ø 人员介绍

陈银娟:2016年毕业于复旦大学化学系,2016-2018年在同济大学进行博士后研究。博士及博后期间基于氢氘交换质谱法以及飞行时间质谱、离子淌度谱、三重四极杆液质联用仪、飞行时间-红外光解离光谱技术对小分子非共价复合物、自组装化合物、团簇离子结构进行研究。在飞行时间质谱仪、离子淌度仪、氢氘交换质谱仪、常压离子源等方面具有良好的研究背景,在Talanta, Phys. Chem. Chem. PhysAnalytical Methods等杂志上发表一作SCI论文6篇,申请中国发明专利4项,其中1项授权专利。

Ø Introduction

This lab focuses on qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and compound purification of small molecules and polymers in chemistry-, material-, environment- and food-related areas via chromatography and mass spectrometry techniques. We are dedicated to the development of chromatographic and/or mass spectrometric method, especially for isomer analysis.

Dr. Yinjuan CHEN received her Ph.D degree from department of chemistry at Fudan University at 2016, then she completed the Postdoc research at Tongji University during 2016 to 2019. She specializes in compound analysis via HDX MS, time-of-flight mass spectrometry, ion mobility spectroscopy, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The relative research articles are publish in Talanta, Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys, Analytical Methods, etc.
