根据上级关于加强假期实验室安全管理的有关文件精神，落实西湖大学实验室与科研设施部《关于2026年中秋节、国庆节实验室安全工作的提醒》要求，保障学校科研工作有序开展，满足师生必要的实验需求，2026年中秋、国庆假期期间（2026年9月25日至9月27日，10月1日至10月7日），分子科学公共平台对已取得自主上机权限、完成年度准入培训、通过平台假期实验审批的用户开放使用（仪器维护除外）。进入平台开展实验的人员须已完成实验室安全准入培训并签订安全责任书，做到“知风险、懂操作、会处置”。
根据实科部关于假期实验室安全工作的提醒，“涉及高温、高压、易燃易爆或复杂反应条件的实验，必须严格开展安全风险评估，明确关键风险点和控制措施。假期开展的实验内容须提前报实验室负责人审核批准。未经审批、未落实安全措施的实验一律不得开展。严格落实教师在岗指导和现场监护制度，学生节假日开展实验，必须有教师现场指导与过程监管。高风险实验或过夜实验，须两人或两人以上同时在场方可进行。改变关键参数的危险实验须重新安全评估，通过审核后，还须有实验室负责人或其指定的安全员在场方可实验。实验时，实验人员必须穿戴合适的个人防护装备，并严格遵守实验操作规程，严禁随意变更实验条件或处置方式。实验后，及时关闭水、电、气源和门窗。”
假期期间用户需进入平台开展实验的，请严格遵守以上注意事项，提前将实验内容、实验时间、实验项目及风险要点报实验室负责人审批，经实验室负责人审核签字同意后，向平台提交实验申请，审批通过后方可在指定时间地点开展实验。

Notice on 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day Holiday Laboratory Access at the Instrumentation and Service Center for Molecular Sciences (ISCMS)
In accordance with the spirit of the relevant documents issued by higher authorities on strengthening laboratory safety management during holidays, and to implement the requirements of the "Reminder on Laboratory Safety During the 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day Holidays" issued by the Department of Laboratory and Research Facilities of Westlake University, the ISCMS will be open during the 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays (September 25–27, 2026, and October 1–7, 2026）to users who have obtained independent instrument operation authorization, completed the annual access training, and passed the Platform's holiday experiment approval process (instrument maintenance excluded), so as to ensure the orderly conduct of the university's research activities and meet the necessary experimental needs of faculty and students. Personnel entering the Platform to conduct experiments must have completed laboratory safety access training and signed the safety responsibility statement, and must "know the risks, understand the procedures, and be capable of emergency response."
According to the Reminder on Holiday Laboratory Safety Work issued by the Department of Laboratory and Research Facilities, "for experiments involving high temperature, high pressure, flammable or explosive materials, or complex reaction conditions, a rigorous safety risk assessment must be conducted, with key risk points and control measures clearly identified. The content of experiments to be conducted during the holidays must be submitted in advance to the laboratory head for review and approval. Experiments that have not been approved or for which safety measures have not been implemented shall not be conducted under any circumstances. The system of faculty on-duty guidance and on-site supervision must be strictly implemented; students conducting experiments during holidays must have faculty on-site guidance and process supervision. High-risk experiments or overnight experiments must have two or more persons present simultaneously. Dangerous experiments involving changes to key parameters must undergo a new safety assessment, and after approval, must additionally have the laboratory head or a designated safety officer present before the experiment may proceed. During experiments, personnel must wear appropriate personal protective equipment and strictly comply with experimental operating procedures; arbitrarily changing experimental conditions or disposal methods is strictly prohibited. After experiments, promptly shut off water, electricity, and gas sources, and close doors and windows."
Users who need to enter the ISCMS to conduct experiments during the holidays shall strictly comply with the above precautions, and shall submit in advance the experiment content, experimental time, experimental project, and key risk points to the laboratory head for approval. Upon review, signature, and approval by the laboratory principle investigator, an experiment application shall be submitted to the ISCMS. Experiments may only be conducted at the designated time and location upon approval.
During the holiday period, if you encounter equipment- or safety-related issues during experiments, please contact theISCMS lab staff promptly. In case of emergencies such as fire, water leakage, or abnormal power or ventilation conditions, please immediately call the university's 24-hour emergency hotline: 0571-88119110 (Yungu Campus), 0571-88119505 (Yunqi Campus), 0571-86720098 (Tongjianhu Park), and simultaneously inform the Platform's responsible teacher.
