    Main functions and features

    The main characteristics of WITec high resolution fast mapping Mircro-Raman spectrometer are: high resolution and fast Raman mapping, single point test time less than 1ms, mapping spatial resolution: transverse (XY) : ≤350 nm @ 532 nm; Longitudinal (Z) : ≤ 900 nm@532 nm, and equipped with the following functional accessories:

    1. Laser: three excitation wavelengths: 473nm (25mw); 532nm (75mw) and 633nm (50mw)

    2. Zeiss open optical microscope, equipped with a dark field scattering module to measure dark field scattering spectrum;

    3. Polarization accessory: Measure rotate polarization of the excitation light path and signal light path

    4. Automatic focusing accessory: Fast Raman mapping together with real-time focusing on rough surface

    5. Photocurrent mapping accessories (including current source): the spatial resolution of photocurrent mapping is better than 500nm

    6. Cold and heat temperature-control system: temperature range: -196° -600 °C, combined with electrical testing function;
