职位:高级技术员 Senior Scientist

  • 施孝活博士毕业于中科院武汉物理与数学研究所,2013-2019年任职于中科院昆明植物研究所。专注于高分辨、高灵敏液体核磁共振技术以及定量核磁共振技术的发展与应用,主要支撑天然产物及有机化合物、高分子聚合物、药物小分子与生物大分子相互作用、代谢组学的研究。总共主持及参与国家级科研项目7项,发表论文9篇,申请专利2项。

    Dr. Xiaohuo SHI, graduated from Wuhan Institute of Physics and Mathematics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2013 and got a Ph.D degree. Since 2013, Dr. Xiaohuo SHI worked in Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences as an engineer. Dr. SHI’s major research interests focus on exploring the methodology and applications of high-resolutionhigh-sensitivity liquid NMR spectroscopy and quantitative NMR, to support the research fields in natural products and organic compounds, polymer, intermolecular interaction, metabonomics. Up to date, Dr. Xiaohuo SHI has presided over and participated in 7 national scientific research projects, published 9 research articles and 2 patents.

  • 1、负责核磁共振波谱仪的技术服务和日常管理工作;

    2、负责培训各课题组成员相关仪器设备的基本知识和原理、样本制备、数据分析等;

    3、积极协助各课题组的科学实验和基金申请;

    4、完成部门领导交办的其他工作。


    1. Responsible for the technical service and daily management of NMRspectrometer; 

    2. Responsible for training researchers to master the basic principle of NMR spectrometer, sample preparation, data analysis, etc.;

    3. Assist researchers in the scientific experiment and applying for research projects;

    4. Complete other tasks assigned by department leaders.
